We offer a full refund on paid subscriptions to tempmailit.com under the following conditions:
- ✓ Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
- ✓ This is your first subscription on this account (one refund per customer).
- ✓ You contact us from the email address associated with your account.
- ✓ The subscription has not been used to send abusive, spammy, or fraudulent activity.

How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Follow these steps:

Non-Refundable Situations
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- ✕Requests made after 7 days from the original purchase date.
- ✕Renewal charges for subscriptions that were not cancelled before the renewal date.
- ✕Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (spam, fraud, abuse).
- ✕Second or subsequent refund requests on the same account.
- ✕Purchases made through third-party platforms (e.g. AppSumo, Gumroad) — contact that platform directly.
Renewal reminder: We send a renewal reminder email 7 days before each billing cycle. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard to avoid being charged.
Partial Refunds & Annual Plans
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window, we may issue a pro-rated credit at our discretion, based on:
- ℹThe number of unused full months remaining in your subscription period.
- ℹWhether the account shows documented technical issues on our end that affected service.
- ℹCredits apply to your account balance for future renewals and are not transferable to cash.
Partial refund decisions are made case-by-case at the sole discretion of our billing team. We always aim to be fair.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is under investigation. We respond to all legitimate chargeback claims through the payment processor’s official dispute process.
If your issue is a billing error, we will gladly correct it without a dispute. Simply email us and we'll resolve it promptly.
